Replacement of the control system of a newspapers stacker in the production line

April to June 1999 (10 weeks).

Place: technical service of the printing: 'La Nouvelle République du Centre-Ouest' in Tours.

During this course, I studied the feasibility du replace the control system of a newspapers stacker in the production line of the printing house by an automaton and a PC.

A communication could be established thanks to a dynamic library (DLL) between a graphical interface, developed with the Visual Basic 6 IDE, and the automaton piloting the newspaper stacker.
